We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible but this requires us to charge for delivery instead of offering free delivery and having to escalate product prices to pay for it


WHAT IF THEY DON’T FIT?

OUR RETURNS POLICY

All goods are sent on approval. If you find them unsuitable for any reason, simply return them unworn within 28 days with the receipt and we will exchange them postage free or refund the cost of the goods (we do not refund the delivery charges).

We do not provide a free return service.

Please note that the return of goods to us is the customers sole responsibility until they reach us. Please send them back to us in the most economical way to yourself but for your own peace of mind we would suggest that you use ‘signed for’ post. Although we endeavour to deal with returns immediately we would ask you to please allow 7 days for us to process your exchange or refund, particularly at the beginning of each season and over sale periods when returns traffic is at its highest level.

PRODUCT FAULTS

In the unlikely event that you discover a fault in a product we will endeavour to have the item repaired immediately. If the product is not repairable we will replace them where possible or reimburse you for the goods including any delivery charges incurred.

Please note this is not a freepost service and you need to pay the postage for your return. Remember if it is an exchange, we will send a replacement pair.

Although every effort is made to ensure the information contained in this brochure is accurate, we cannot guarantee the colour reproduction due to the limitation of the printing process, some variations may occur.


DELIVERY & CHARGES

All our stock is ready to despatch and should take only a few days to arrive once you have placed your order, although we do ask for up to 7 days for delivery within the UK.

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to order early as repeat orders will take up to six weeks to produce. Once the order is submitted the shoes are reserved for you, but if you change your mind, there is no obligation to buy them. We would ask you to allow 7 days for delivery, although goods delivered to addresses in the U.K. are dispatched second class (signed for) and should generally reach their destination within 2 or 3 days.

Packing/postage charge for each item
in the UK is:
Shoes £3.90 per pair
Boots £6.00 per pair

For other EEC countries (at present):
Shoes £8.40 per pair
Boots £9.30 per pair

For the rest of the world:
Shoes £14.10 per pair
Boots £16.80 per pair.

Dispatches to countries outside the UK and The Channel Islands are UK tax free with the tax (currently 20%) deducted at point of sale.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local import taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Little Shoe Shop accepts no responsibility for such charges.
